Some say that the V is self cleansing and only needs water. However, the outside still needs cleansing. My skin is very sensitive, so I try to find the most natural products whenever I can. There are many feminine washes available, but some ingredients I've either never heard of or I'm not comfortable using it on my V. She's too sensitive to take chances with. So, I did a little research and found that I could make my own with products that I already had at home.

Prior to going vegan, I was pescatarian for seven years, then vegetarian for six months. I had a lot of freedom with my food choices since I was still able to have dairy. I knew that I shouldn't have been eating dairy products. My body kept trying to tell me, but I ignored it. I ate a lot of eggs and cheese. Cheese was so delicious! I couldn't hear what my body was telling me over the loud deliciousness of CHEESE! These days, I'm listening more to what my body wants and needs. I'm still learning. My dream is to one day be raw vegan, but I know that my soul isn't strong enough for that yet.
I received a COVERGIRL Queen Collection VoxBox from Influenster. Inside the box was
mascara, lipstick and foundation. Using the L.O.C. Method is the best way for me to retain moisture and make my styles last longer. I recently found out that this method was created by Rochelle Graham, owner of Alikay Naturals and Be Fabulous Salon. I've tweaked this method just a little to fit my needs. I start with freshly shampooed and conditioned hair.
A lot people ask what I use in my hair. Here's the mix that I use for my wash-n-go about 75% of the time. I like the LOC method for styling my hair. This mix is the O and the C rolled into one.
Because the ingredients in traditional deodorants have been linked to breast cancer, I've been searching for a natural deodorant that actual WORKS. So far, I've tried three. There are pros and cons to each of them.
Saturday we went to an event hosted by Mielle Organics. I decided to slightly DIY my outfit.
